Morning all, and thank you for being patient. No winner since 17 January is unacceptable, and I promise I'll be working harder than ever to break this drought. However, I only have 1 today. Another day that is filled with "Jumpers Bumpers", you can have them if I'm honest, I'm really not interested. Anyway my 1 selection is.

She's a 3 time winner at Kempton, but this is her first effort here. She comes back from a break at a time where her yard are firing in winners as is todays pilot. Drop to 6f an interesting one, all 3 wins at 7, but certainly worth a bet in a pretty weak race.

Morning all, we hit the bar yesterday with two 2nds from the 3 selections. I have 3 again today, please please please let one hit the front! We'll see.

Likely to be the outsider of the 4, but could be weighted well, certainly on old form. Trip might be on the sharp side but I'm willing to take the chance.

SIR FREDLOT 215 KEMPTON
Granted not as classy as some of these, but this isn't really an ordinary event. Has the benefit of a couple decent efforts on polytrack from his time on the level. For me, this one still has a bit more than he's shown to date and could make the frame with a big run today.

ULTRA STEPS 750 DUNDALK
Not seen since July and changed yards since then. New yard has applied a hood for the first outing, which could be significant. Not drawn out of it and any money should be noted.

Morning all, really struggling to get a hold on any winners at the moment. Hoping to do better today, I just have 3 selections for you.

Not in the best form recently but this 0-60 is the weakest race she has competed to date. Jockey Robert Tart is rapidly making a name for himself and has found himself in the winners circle 3 times from just 7 attempts.

KING GEORGE RIVER 315 LINGFIELD (NAP)
This one used to be with Aidan O Brien and looked potentially useful on Debut, struggled in a listed race in Ireland, but that was on absolute mucky ground, he was sent off favourite for that. Changed hands and put in a decent effort from off the pace on first run for this yard. More to come and very useful claimer takes off as handy 7 pounds.

Last time out winner, has it to do to get to the front from outside stall but only 8 runners makes it a little easier, and any non runners will ease the task still.

Morning. It's becoming a long hard week, you'd perhaps say a cold spell! We hit the bar yesterday with 3 placed horses, all pretty close to their respective conquerors. Hopefully we can go that one better today and grab some long awaited winners. I have 6, from Lingfield, Limerick and Kempton and I fear Ayr to be a watching brief today. We were unlucky with Russian Soul, 2nd at 12/1, as well, just ran into a good one. With Chepstow falling to the white stuff we just have the 5 to throw our money at today, here they are. Good Morning, A comfortable 2/5 yesterday, just a shame the NAP was a non runner. I have 6 today.

COLOUR SQUADRON 120 NEWBURY (NAP)

Ran a decent race on chase debut, despite the saddle slipping early on. AP got him into the race but was prevented of riding a finish and the horse finished, an eased, 6 length second. He was a decent hurdler and clearly holds some standard. He's battling for favouritism with a french recruit for Paul Nicholls, which normally do well, but has the selection not lost saddle last time the bare paper would show differently and I think he'd be odds on here. On that basis the current 6/4 looks decent value to me.

Morning all, nothing on the blog yesterday meant no losses, so today I want to build on that. I only have 6 today, 4 at Lingfield, 2 at Wolverhampton.

Today's NAP is AMETHYST DAWN 255 Wolverhampton

Course and Distance winner last time out, and been off 3 months since, Trainer in form, Jockey superb. Only negative is the draw as she likes to be near the front but she has placed at the track from a large number draw before. At 9/1 she looks pretty sweet for E/W punters to me, a decent bit of value on a tricky Tuesday.

Guten Morgen, very poor day yesterday, dissapointed with myself too as I made one glaring error in judgement which cost an 11/2 winner and would have made the stats a little less unfriendly. This one is in decent nick at the moment. A C&D win 3 starts back, and would have made it back 2 back successes but for Dickie Le Davoir sprouting wings. Last time another good run at Lingfield resulted in a near miss. This is a little step up in class but she should feel the difference in the weight she is physically carrying at the bottom of the handicap. I was always told to back a filly/mare in form and at 5/1 (365) it looks a decent adage here.

Morning, after 2 successive losing days, it's a relief to see some better racing. I'm going to switch things up a little and do selective writeups, where time allows. Don't worry too much, I'll try to keep it as simple as possible, mostly highlighting the areas I think makes the selection worth a punt. Hopefully it helps.

CEDRE BLEU (NAP) 210 CHEPSTOW

This horse proved himself a tough cookie last time out with a very game win from the front, bookies suggest that Ruby and AP are most likely to fight out this finish too. He's 50% in the class, 50% on the ground and 66% when Ruby Walsh jocked up. I don't think he is on too tough a handicap mark here and certainly looks one of the better favourites to my naked eye.

TERMINAL (Nb) 220 CORK

This one could potentially prefer better ground going forward, but he ran well in defeat in a much more competitive event than this one on his chasing debut. Hopefully he'll drift from his current odds on status on the machines, perhaps some would fancy taking him on at that price. I think he is backable definately at anything above even money, probably not a lump on job given the uncertainty with the heavy ground.

ELEVEN FIFTY NINE 1225 CHEPSTOW

Another one with a question on the ground, and sure to test her going up in trip, but she likes to be held up so that will suit, she keeps coming across some pretty good mares in gender specific events and connections have opted to shake her maiden tag here. She gets 5lb for being of the fairer sex, couple that with the 3lb that the incredible Rachael Green can take off, she has over half a stone advantage against horses that she is already rated 6lb higher. Effectively she looks, on the bare face, a stone well in to her rivals, there is no way on this earth that won't be an advantage in testing conditions.

LUGHNASA 110 CORK

This one sneaks into my previews, most likely one for each way players with the Mullins/Gigginstown hot favourite taking a dramatic drop in class. The selection looked a decent prospect when running away with a bumper on debut, maybe had some issues in running next time out, but was ultimately dissapointing on most recent start. I;m hoping he needed that run. This is his hurdling debut and trainer Robert Tyner is in decent form lately as is jockey Phillip Enright. This one is too big a price (last i looked was 8/1 on exch) if you can land that from a fixed odds layer when they get out of bed then you've a decent each way play in my eyes.
