Morning all, a nice winning NAP yesterday, pushed us back towards the breakeven. A pretty cagey day today really, I've only 4 bets and just the one Street Cry runner, and I'll be honest it's not one I really like.
NAP - FAUSTINA PIUS 245 TRAMORE
Other than a below par effort on bottomless last time, this one has been generally running well. Potentially exposed but very much sets the standard here. May well find one from nowhere but as long as available at a sensible odds against price, worth the risk, in my opinion.
NB - RUN MARY 345 TRAMORE (33/1 Boylesports)
Still has to get into race, 1st reserve. Has shown little to get excited about but given an ease by the handicapper and toungue tie will be used if lining up.
CELTIC CHARLIE 850 KEMPTON (8/1 bet365)
All decent efforts have come on the AW from this gelding. Last won off a mark of 49 in February, today races off 52 but the very good Jemma Marshall takes off a useful 5lbs essentially making it 47.
GRAPHIC 750 KEMPTON (16/1 Ladbrokes, BetVictor, 365, William Hill)
Bare record reads 2 wins from 10, delving in removing better races than this it becomes 2 from 6, both of those wins have come at this track, and 1 over this trip. A big ask with some of the animals he's up against, but worth a play at this price, in my opinion.
STREET CRYS
Just the one today
CHATTERATI 510 AYR
I'm not going to lie, I don't really like this filly one bit. Showed absolutely nothing for Godolphin, Mark Johnstone managed to somehow make her briefly look like a racehorse when she first moved to Sheikh Mohammed's son. No interest at all. In fact might even place lay.
Good Luck and Happy Punting
