Saturday 23rd July - After lengthy deliberation I'm backing ....

.....Workforce. I just he has a bit more about him than the others. I fancy Rewilding for the FC, Nathaniel and St Nick to fight out 3rd place with no disgrace to either. I hope it's a terrific race, the field has been decimated in numbers but the class is still there. I've updated yesterdays blog with the winner, yep, just the one! Hit the bar again on TDF with Sammy Sanchez getting jumped by Pierre Rolland after he had just pulled him up Alpe D'Huez. Realistically I think Sam has been a little naive this tour and the last 2 days have cost him a massive chance of winning. He has looked tremendously strong going up but a bike change just as the attacks began thursday really cancelled his chances of a podium in Paris. I'd feel sorry for him if he had a mechanical problem but it turns out he just wanted one with more user friendly gears! Then he just had no idea that Rolland was going to use and abuse him! The golf is doing much better, Over in Europe, Alex Noren has a 3 shot lead overnight and in the US Paul Goydos is 1 shot off the lead and Spencer Levin shot a suberb 66 to throw his name in the hat. Onto todays selections as I have precisely 15 minutes to finish writing this blog.

TOUR DE FRANCE
Fabian Cancellara is the obvious favourite here, I can't have him at the price, not after a long ardous tour, I'm doing Tony Martin to win, then each way on , the real breakthrough act of the tour imo, Edvald Boasson-hagen and David Millar. All 3 are fantastic time triallists. I expect Cancallara will win though. However Eurosport will most likely have no interest in who actually wins the time trial as the real battle will come at the end as Frandy Schlecks will have to try and get within 1 minute of whatever time Cadel Evans thrashes out.

Have a Great Day, Good Luck and happy punting.

Profit yesterday -19.2pts! Profit for July 18.55pts.
