Yesterday we made it, after 12 days of the month we reached the magical 100pt profit mark. King's Road was impressive in it's role as a 12/1 NAP and to be fair we were unlucky elsewhere with a 2nd, 4th and a NR. I've got 11 selections today so we my need a couple of winners to keep the pot in our favour. Just quickly I'd like to state how I lost any respect I had for the Beckhams after they gave that poor child such a ridiculous name. I think they've been spending a bit too much time with the Cruises and complete bonkers is contageous. But that's just my opinion.
Onto how we are going to wrench some money from those poor bookies today.
NAP GALPIN JUNIOR 430 Beverley
In his prime he ran in the 100's however now sits off a mark on 56. Both prior runs over C&D have produced fantanstic efforts including last time out when he was 2 of 15. With his main market rival hoisted 9lb from his last win it seems to play into the hands of the selection. He's looking at a tissue of 7/2 however Betfair currently trades at a shade of odds on. 4 Reoppose today from that last race but I don't think the pull in weight is enough to manage the distances. My guess is that Hambleton will go off favourite due to the 12 at the end of his form line. But back Galpin with abandon. 5pt win
NB BEST ONE 210 Brighton
He is 3lb below last winning mark and the only C&D winner in the field. Course form at Brighton plays out more than most other tracks. His form this year has been less than inspiring but I feel perhaps connections have thought to send him here as he has form at the track, in a bid to rekindle some spark. Well weighted on known rivalries, although I would put up What Katie Did as a fluent danger, I think Course form will hold up.
3pt win.
TREBLE BOLODENKA 300 Beverley
This looks quite a smart little handicap, where you could give a chance to all of the runners. I'm siding with the selection here. Paul Hanagan is flying in the jockey championship again. And Richard Fahey's horses are spring back to form. Granted his best form is in Claimers/Sellers but he seems to be off a decent handicap mark here and worth a crack. 2pt win
1pt E/w Treble on the above.

TOUR DE FRANCE
My Each Way selections for today as follows.
Linus Gerdeman - Moderate climb follwed by fast descent into the finish will suit Linus, he is one of the best descenders on tour and is far enough down the GC to make any gaps count.
Rigoberto Uran - Team SKY have made it clear they are just here for stage wins now and Uran looks best positioned to have a go today.
Levi Leipheimer - Somewhat a forgotten man, Levi has not really fulfilled his potential as yet, although having been dubbed the next Lance Armstrong surely will have done more harm than good with the pressure. Levi has the climbing and descending ability to have a go here and may be allowed to go by BMC who will most likely let Europcar or Rabobank do the work today.
Have a good day, Good Luck and Happy punting.
Profit yesterday +51 points, Profit for July +101.24 points.
