Monday 5th December -

Good morning,
a late start today due to sitting up to watch my NFL treble lose at exactly 12.47am!!! Mixed bag yeterday really, a (excuse the language) piss-poor attempt at a Lucky 15 was recuperated when my NAP, backed at 5/1, obliged at 9/4, then 45 minutes of shouting at my radio as Wolves and Sunderland both had great chances but went into half time at 0-0, that was soon removed by both teams scoring and landing me a nice little sum on the Goals Galore market. Then to the NFL, I had over points on Kansas/Chicago but wrote that off as it sat at 3-0 approaching half-time! Then the handicaps took place, San Francisco covered their 2 score spread with minimal fuss, Arizona held the Cowboys to overtime to make their +4 count, even won the game, but bloody Green Bay.  Their defence will hamper them winning back to back superbowls in my opinion. I'd probably prefer the Saints who seem to have hit their stride, at the perfect time really. And the professional 49'ers may have a say also. Right on initial inspection there didn't appear to be many bets today, but I may have stumbled across some, so hopefully I can help you out.

Initially NAP and Nb

NAP
CINDERELLA ROSE 140 PLUM 7/2
A dual hurdle winner at the back end of last season, put away for the summer, and hopefully needed the run last time out, been well backed overnight (when i sent in my #TEAMNAP was 5/1 now short as 11/4) If she was only beaten by the need of the run last time then the 4lb drop in mark by the handicapper will prove to be very generous indeed.

Nb
SOPRANO 1220 MUSSELBURGH 11/10
4 of his 6 career wins have come since July, and he seems to be one in terrific form, on flat, over hurdles and even on chase debut he wasn't disgraced in behind Do It For Dalkey. This looks a little easier today with a penalty and longer trip going against his closest rival.

I've picked out 6 who could make the frame at decent prices, and I am backing in Ew Singles and Doubles.
6 Selections = 6 Singles + 15 Doubles, 21 bets x 2 for Ew = 42bets.
FISH FOR COMPLIMENTS 130 LINGFIELD 4/1
I think this one may drift a little, with the fav being backed and also some popular names lower in the market. But with George Challoner taking off 7 he is pretty much 2lb well in with the favourite, and this could be a shrewd piece of placement by Richard Fahey.
EVERAARD 150 MUSSELBURGH 7/1
This was 9/1 when i picked it out earlier, but now only 7! His only C&D effort came in January off a 4lb lower mark. Has to carry a lot of weight today as down in grade but his form versus Vallani, beat him in said C&D race and 4lb better off today, lead me to believe he could be a major player today.
MASTER D'OR 210 PLUMPTON 9/1
Enjoys testing conditions and C&D record reads 132, the win being on GS with the others being Hvy, it won't be heavy today. He has won both Hdl and Chs races of marks well in 3 figures and is running off 100 today.
BRIDLINGTON BYGONES 220 MUSSELBURGH 9/1 (Fred and Tote)
Fred Done is the last to hold up the 9's on this one, Mr Hill is already into 7's. Didn't quite get home here on reappearance this season and followed that up with effort where he was a bit keen over a slightly longer trip. This is only course he has won at, at Cheekpieces applied.
TEGAN 230 LINGFIELD 9/2
50% strike rate at the distance and against 2 market rivals with stiff marks. Richard Hannon has found a couple of winners this AW season and very capable pilot.
LOVE IN THE PARK 330 LINGFIELD 10/1
Another that has been backed this morning, in from 12's. It wouldn't be an AW meeting at the moment without me putting up a selection with Shane Kelly on board. Bold effort after 100 days off last time out when staying on into a place over shorter trip. This looks an ideal opportunity to score in surroundings she enjoys off the same mark.

Right onto the lists. I am adding SR and LSP next to the meeting names, this is for every selection from 31/10/11 until 4/12/11.
