Morning on this bright Sunday morning, we had some biblical rainfall overnight here in Ipswich, but it seems to have brightened up nicely this morning. I'm not playing a lot today because frankly I'm out of form, although profit made yesterday, and the racing is pretty much muck. I have 4 selections plus 5 in newbie corner to follow for a few runs. Then some bets for the British GP at Silverstone, I'm currently picking apart the tennis for the week ahead so they should be added to the bottom at some point today. Plus I've placed my first Antepost Yankee for the football season today.

Just a few bets to pass interest, I'll put them in price order lowest-highest, I haven't really put a lot of effort in, I've merely looked at the prices and the qualifying and made a judgment to allow me some extra interest during the race.

This is definately a stage for a strong lone ranger breakaway specialist. Chavanel always is the first to mind then Vinokourov. Alejandro Valverde may want to get involved here with his team falling away around him he may feel stage glory is the best he'll get this year. Also Luis Leon Sanchez showed yesterday he's prepared to have a crack. So I'll take them 4 versus the field.
